They worked around my busy medical training schedule to ensure the home could be completed with the lot, pricing, and options we desired.
Their professionalism navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic with the increased lumber costs, supply and labor shortages couldn't have been any better. I have heard horror stories from others building at the same time with a different builder. I never had a doubt in my mind I was a forgotten customer or getting taken advantage of.
This isn't our first new home so we had an idea what to expect for quality and finishes. After all, each home is built by hand and unique. All of the custom woodwork, cabinets, and trim were beautifully crafted with quality in mind. Although it is a new home, Bickimer still builds them with character in mind and is far from being "plain". Our building superintendent, Tom, always had a critical eye out for detail. They got it done right the first time and is backed by a 1 year warranty.
We are about 90 days in our new home and couldn't be any happier. The warranty manager/specialist, Cory, is easy to get a hold and to talk to. Minor repairs were done and scheduled with ease thanks to Cory. Again, I cannot stress enough, Bickimer fully backs their home and we were not forgotten as a customer (unlike previous builders we have dealt with).
